As an ardent advocate of human potential, Kim utilizes a proven transformative process supported by psychological research and evidence-driven strategies.

    After over a year of barely exercising, I wanted to get fit – really, really strong. I thought I should be able to motivate myself and make my own plan (because I’m a Physical Therapist) but I wasn’t getting anywhere on my own. After my girlfriend started working out with Mike, I became envious of her gains, I joined. 5 months later, I’m doing things I never imagined, loving it, and getting super strong. Working with Mike is amazing –he’s knowledgeable, funny, flexible in his approach. He knows how and when to push me, and how to encourage me when I’m frustrated. I know there’s a “method to his madness,” even when I think what he’s planned for me is impossible (which it never is.) Working with Mike is worth every penny, and I plan to stick with him for the long haul.
